Mô tả Công việc

  • Responsible for the Sales target set for the business.
  • Follow-up project from beginning to closing sales, payment collection.
  • Establish and develop a close relationship with the developers, architect, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors.
  • Meet and work with the architect on product presentation/ technical recommendation and specification.
  • Prepares and presents quotations/tenders and acquires customer orders.
  • Involved in Sales strategy & sales planning, sales forecast, implement marketing plans, and sales activities. Identifying new opportunities for business & growth.
  • Support and implement the company's sales and marketing programs and product introductions.
  • Providing technical consultation and advice to customers (such as MEP consulting engineers, designers, project managers, contractors, and OEM partners).
  • Presenting and demonstrating products to influence specifications and vendor approvals.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Supporting the sales process through technical demonstrations, solution recommendations, negotiations, and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Minimum 5 years’ technical sales experience (preferably in insulation market).
  • Hands-on experience in presenting product range to MEP Consulting Engineers, Designers and project managers for product specification purposes.
  • Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical discipline.
  • Ability to communicate with Consulting Engineers and professionals at the highest technical level and
  • Closely interact and support our existing distributor network and monitor performance against agreed levels.
  • Well presented with excellent communication skills.
