Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Developer to join our IT team, responsible for building and maintaining web and application systems — including our in-house ERP system — for Phuc Sinh Corporation and its subsidiaries. You will work closely with the Business Analyst and Infrastructure team to deliver reliable, well-designed software solutions that support business operations across the group.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

- Design, develop, test, and deploy web and application features for the Company's in-house ERP system and other internal systems.

- Build and maintain software solutions used by Phuc Sinh Corporation and its subsidiaries, including the FMCG company.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Participate in code reviews and follow the Company's development standards.

Maintenance & Support

- Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems; fix bugs and resolve issues reported by users.

- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.

- Provide technical support to end users across subsidiaries when needed.

Collaboration

- Work closely with the Business Analyst to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Coordinate with the Infrastructure team on deployment, hosting, and system integration matters.

- Participate in project planning and provide input on technical feasibility and timelines.

Tổng quan vị trí

Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một Lập trình viên (Developer) gia nhập đội ngũ CNTT, chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng và bảo trì các hệ thống web và ứng dụng — bao gồm hệ thống ERP nội bộ — cho Tập đoàn Phúc Sinh và các công ty thành viên. Bạn sẽ phối hợp chặt chẽ với Chuyên viên Phân tích nghiệp vụ và bộ phận Hạ tầng để triển khai các giải pháp phần mềm đáng tin cậy, được thiết kế tốt, phục vụ hoạt động kinh doanh trên toàn Tập đoàn.

Mô tả công việc

Phát triển phần mềm

- Thiết kế, phát triển, kiểm thử và triển khai các tính năng web/ứng dụng cho hệ thống ERP nội bộ và các hệ thống nội bộ khác của Công ty.

- Xây dựng và bảo trì các giải pháp phần mềm được sử dụng bởi Tập đoàn Phúc Sinh và các công ty thành viên, bao gồm công ty FMCG.

- Viết code rõ ràng, dễ bảo trì và có tài liệu đầy đủ.

- Tham gia review code và tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn phát triển của Công ty.

Bảo trì và hỗ trợ

- Bảo trì, xử lý sự cố hệ thống hiện có; sửa lỗi và giải quyết các vấn đề người dùng phản ánh.

- Theo dõi hiệu năng hệ thống và chủ động đề xuất cải tiến.

- Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho người dùng tại các công ty thành viên khi cần.

Phối hợp

- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Chuyên viên Phân tích nghiệp vụ để chuyển hóa yêu cầu kinh doanh thành giải pháp kỹ thuật.

- Phối hợp với bộ phận Hạ tầng về việc triển khai, hosting và tích hợp hệ thống.

- Tham gia lập kế hoạch dự án, đóng góp ý kiến về tính khả thi kỹ thuật và tiến độ thực hiện.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·       Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a developer, building web and/or application software.

·       Proficient in at least one backend stack (.NET, Java, PHP, or equivalent) combined with a modern frontend framework.

·       Strong working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server...) and sound software design principles.

·       AI-First Mindset: able to leverage AI-assisted tools intelligently and efficiently throughout the development workflow, with a clear understanding of how to review and control the quality of AI-generated code.

·       Strong problem-solving ability; capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

·       English proficiency at an intermediate level or above, sufficient to read technical documentation.

·       Candidates with prior experience building or implementing modules within an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system are preferred.

·       Candidates with experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment are preferred.[THD1]

·       Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Khoa học máy tính, Công nghệ thông tin hoặc tương đương.

·       Tối thiểu 2-4 năm kinh nghiệm lập trình, trực tiếp phát triển ứng dụng web (backend và frontend).

·       Thành thạo ít nhất một backend stack phổ biến (.NET, Java, PHP...) kết hợp với framework frontend hiện đại.

·       Nắm vững cơ sở dữ liệu quan hệ (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server...) và các nguyên tắc thiết kế phần mềm.

·       Có tư duy AI-First: biết khai thác công cụ AI để tăng tốc độ phát triển, đồng thời hiểu rõ cách kiểm soát và đảm bảo chất lượng code do AI sinh ra.

·       Giải quyết vấn đề tốt, chủ động, làm việc độc lập lẫn phối hợp nhóm hiệu quả.

·       Tiếng Anh đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật ở mức khá trở lên.

·       Ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng tham gia xây dựng hoặc triển khai các phân hệ trong hệ thống ERP.

·       Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc theo mô hình Agile/Scrum.[THD1]
