· Position : Purchase & Sales Staff

· Report to : Director

Main duties

1. Purchasing activities

· Source for new products and new suppliers of seafood in Vietnam to sell to overseas customers

· Deal and negotiate with present suppliers effectively to get the best price; good quality; good payment term and other commercial terms

· Maintain good suppliers management

· Keep in touch with regular suppliers of the company, build up a good relation with them

· Manage, control, foreseeable and prevent any risk happen in procurement operation

· Accompany Director during supplier visits; making meeting resumes and follow-up all relevant tasks Tracking suppliers’ performance

· Make supplier performance evaluation timely and do relevant reports

· Other purchasing tasks as per Director's request

2. Sales activities

· Develop more new products with current buyers (customers) in Italy

· Agrressively find new buyers (customers) in the other markets to maximize the volume of the current suppliers of same products.

· Other sales tasks as per Director’s request

Requirements

Personal traits:

• Female who are from 25 - 30 year-old
• A person of honesty & responsibility
• Highly understanding the importance of confidentiality
• Have ability to work under high pressure & can work independently
• Active, smart, logical thinking

Education: Bachelor Degree required

Qualifications & Experiences

• At least have 2-3 years of working experience in purchase & procurement of food  
• Experience in Seafood business is a plus
• Have a good knowledge of export purchase and sales

Skills

• Strong communicate skill & writing skills in both in Vietnamese and English.
• Strong negotiation skill
• Good at  doing multi tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)

Salary & Benefits - Working place

• Negotiable according to experience
• Working time: 8.30am – 12pm, 1.30pm – 6pm (from Monday to Friday) in office in Nguyen Thai Son, Go Vap district
