Purchase Senior Specialist

Take full ownership of and resolve all CKD-related issues (purchasing from Haier Overseas), ensuring on-time delivery, cost optimization, quality compliance, and alignment with business targets.

Act as the single point of accountability for CKD orders, including order placement, PO management, delivery tracking, shortage handling, and escalation with Haier Overseas and internal stakeholders.

Control and manage sourcing of new parts for new product development, from RFQ stage to mass production.

Drive Cost Down and Localization projects through cross-functional coordination to achieve cost-saving targets.

Control pricing of current parts, including bidding execution, cost analysis, supplier comparison, and price negotiation.

Negotiate with suppliers on quotas, capacity, and commercial terms to ensure stable supply.

Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by direct management.

Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business, Engineering, etc.).

At least 3 years of experience in Purchasing / Procurement / Supply Chain in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in order management (PO, delivery follow-up, shortage handling) and supplier coordination.

Knowledge of cost control, price analysis, bidding, and negotiation.

Experience in CKD sourcing or overseas purchasing is an advantage.

Good English and Chinese (Mandarin) communication skills for daily work with overseas suppliers.

Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
