We are looking for 02 Purchasing Staff who are willing to join Contract team (Purchasing department) in Hung Yen Factory, details as below:

• Control part cost price:

- Quotation analysis and negotiate with suppliers

- Find potential suppliers to achieve the target price and quality comply with Panasonic's compliance policy

- Localize imported parts in order to reduce material cost

• Control part quality:

- Work with suppliers to get countermeasure for Part Quality Claim

- Control NG part quantity and issue Debit Note to suppliers

- Make schedule to audit suppliers about quality and manufacturing process with QA & other Dept (if any)

• Control all type of contract (MGPA, Fixed Asset Purchase Contract, Fixed Asset Lending Contract)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor Degree in Economics or Technical area

• Having 1-2 years working experience in Purchasing field in manufacturing company (have experience in mechanical parts like injection/ stamping is an advantage)

• Intermediate English (Japanese is a plus)

• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Willing to work under very high pressure

• Careful & attention to details

• Quick action, responsible and team spirit

• Freshers with remarkable ability and skills are welcomed
