Xác định và thực hiện các biện pháp cải tiến nhằm giảm chi phí cho các yếu tố như khuôn mẫu, logistics và nguyên vật liệu. Identify and implement improvement measures to reduce costs for factors such as molds, logistics, and raw materials.
Thực hiện đánh giá và theo dõi chất lượng sản phẩm, dịch vụ, và hệ thống quản lý chất lượng của nhà cung cấp, bao gồm CMS. Evaluate and monitor the quality of products, services, and the quality management system of suppliers, including CMS.
Đối ứng audit nội bộ và audit từ bên ngoài công ty. Coordinate internal audits and audits from external parties.
Cung cấp các báo cáo và tham gia thuyết trình trước nhóm hoặc các bên liên quan nội bộ trong công ty, đặc biệt là tại các cuộc họp trong bộ phận. Provide reports and participate in presentations to internal teams or stakeholders within the company, particularly in department meetings.

Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc tương đương. Graduated from a college or equivalent.
Có kiến thức về kỹ thuật sản phẩm. Possess knowledge of product engineering.
TOEIC > 600 hoặc tiếng Nhật N3. TOEIC > 600 or Japanese N3 level.
Sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft Office. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Hiểu biết về bản vẽ 2D, 3D. Understanding of 2D and 3D drawings.
Kỹ năng đàm phán, Hourensho (báo cáo, giao tiếp, thảo luận). Negotiation skills, Hourensho (reporting, communication, discussion).
