QA Engineer/ Senior Engineer (EEC team) - Cu Chi

JOB SUMMARY

Make sure the finish Electronics related product (battery/inverters) is manufactured under a stable production facility, consistent testing data, in order to conform product specification.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• Assist with troubleshooting process for Electronics issues on finished goods.
• Prepare troubleshooting work instruction for EEC technician.
• Run ORT (Ongoing Reliability Test) lab equipment where needed (power supply, E load, battery meter, data logger oscilloscope etc.)
• Follow up mass production product reliability test and analyze the fail sample.
• Prepare the ORT work instruction of all model for technician.
• Prepare the ORT Test JIG of all model for technician.
• Provide technical assistance and operation training for technician.
• Analyze the non-conformance product on line and during OQC / IPQC inspection.
• Make sure the ORT technician and the IPQC follow the work instruction through data analysis.
• Analyze the non-conformance data during IPQC / OQC control.
• Make sure all quality document is ready before production.
• Help to collect data in production line for QE purpose.
• Follow up new product building. Python usage for analysis/automation would be a bonus

Working location: Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park (Having shuttle bus from HCMC, Binh Duong, Thu Duc City)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics engineer, Mechanical engineer, Mechatronic engineer

Experience: 3-5 years in electronic manufacturing industry

Good communication skill in English

Knowledge:

• Able to handle full set of quality control problem
• Familiar with the Quality Tools.
• Familiar with data tools (Excel, power bi)
• Familiar with battery test equipment (power supply, E load, data logger, Oscilloscope etc.)
• Familiar with different manufacturing process focused around electronics/PCBA's
• Python programming for data analysis or automation would be a bonus
• Knowledge of battery BMS systems would be a bonus
