JOB SUMMARY

Supervise and operate daily Travelling Audit Team (TAT) audit activities while ensuring full compliance with company and group Quality and Manufacturing regulatory requirements. Lead the auditors team to effectively execute and maintain SOP, OBQ, QAS, QIE, Product Quality Projects, and Project Logs audits for semi-finished goods and finished goods, ensuring consistent product quality and audit effectiveness.

Coordinate closely with Production and related departments to control quality risks, resolve shopfloor issues, manage quality alerts and customer feedback, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Analyze quality data, follow up Product Quality Projects, and continuously enhance audit systems, methods, and team capability to support business objectives and continuous improvement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations & Team Supervision: Supervise daily TAT operations including task assignment, attendance control, working hours verification, shift handover, and work discipline; manage labor utilization and headcount to ensure audit coverage meets production and quality requirements; conduct shift, weekly, and monthly meetings to communicate priorities, quality issues, and action plans.

Audit Execution & Control (SOP / OBQ / Quality Projects): Lead and control SOP compliance audits and OBQ inspections for components, kits, and finished goods; assign auditors and supervise audit execution to ensure audits are conducted correctly, objectively, and in accordance with defined procedures; ensure audit data and reports are updated accurately and on time in all required systems; review audit reports for completeness and accuracy before submission and distribution.

Audit Reporting & Data Management: Create, review, and distribute audit and quality reports according to defined cadence; control rejected or non-conforming audit reports and follow up corrective actions with auditors and related departments; collect, consolidate, and analyze audit data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Quality Issue Resolution & Production Support: Support Production daily in resolving shopfloor quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions; work with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and related departments to ensure defective products are identified, controlled, repaired, or disposed of according to quality standards; ensure no identified defective products are shipped to customers.

Quality Alerts, Customer & Project Management: Control and follow up Quality Alerts, QIE, Product Quality Projects, Project Logs, and customer quality issues; respond promptly to customer feedback and alerts and coordinate internal analysis and countermeasures; participate in customer and vendor visits when required to align quality expectations and requirements; follow up quality and improvement projects from planning through closure with proper documentation.

System Improvement & Continuous Improvement: Monitor and continuously improve audit systems, methods, tools, and effectiveness including SOP, OBQ, and Product Quality Projects; recommend improvements in audit processes, equipment, and working conditions to support quality objectives; support cross-functional quality and continuous improvement initiatives.

Training, Capability & Performance Management: Train auditors and related employees on Quality and Manufacturing SOP, OBQ, Product Quality Projects, and new or revised requirements; ensure new quality requirements are properly communicated, understood, and implemented within the team; conduct periodic training, refreshers, and competency evaluations including theory and practice; set up KPIs, conduct performance reviews, support PDMS, and review performance bonus proposals; maintain versatility matrix and support skill development within the TAT team.

HR Administration & Coordination: Handle HR-related administration including OT and leave registration, onboarding and resignation processes; coordinate with HRBP on working hours verification, discipline cases, training records, and employee activities.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Participate in and support cross-functional meetings and activities such as FMEA, ECO, Pilot Run, CI/6S, material and product reviews, and other quality-related forums; support TAT Lead Supervisor and Manager in daily operations and other assigned tasks.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Work in TAT Department and responsible for quality of Product.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Required – College or above

Able to read, write, and listen to business English effectively.

Experience

At least 1 year experience in Quality control.

Working in furniture industry is prefer.
