Our client is a manufacturing, trading company in pharmaceuticals, medical materials, machinery, equipment, tools, medical supplies. They are looking for QC Manager:
Issue and monitor the implementation of quality objectives in the department.
Manage and use human resources in the department.
Organizing a meeting to management review.
Ensure initial and ongoing training of laboratory personnel is carried out and meets job requirements and regulations.
Supervise directly and monitor professional activities, ensure necessary tests are performed, control and approve analytical records.
Approve internal test SOPs, standards, sampling instructions, test methods, and other quality control procedures.
Organizing a meeting to management review.
Maintain cGLP, cGMP compliance of Department’s members.
Checking and commenting on SOPs in the quality system related to many departments (approval by the Director/Deputy Director).

Bachelor’s degree or higher, specialize in: pharmacy, chemistry, biology, ...
At least 05 years experience in QC department and 03 at supervisor or QC Head.
Computer skill: proficient in office computer.
Language skill: Proficient in English, able to communicate and work directly with foreign SME on GLP aspects.
Firmly grasp the regulations and policies of the law and the Company on the assigned tasks
Possess knowledge of the principles of quality management mechanism.
Understand the organizational structure - functions and tasks of the Company and its affiliated units.
Ability to synthesize, develop plans and reports.
Strong writing, presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficiently use specialized machinery and equipment for quality inspection.
