Control and follow up on Suppliers' quality document at GS 25 Vietnam, which must be following GS 25 Vietnam standard, Vietnam law requirement;
Carry out the procedures to apply for a certificate of eligibility for food safety for the new store;
Submit application, arrange and monitor staff health check and food safety knowledge training;
Reception of licensing appraisal team, periodical/unscheduled inspection of establishments eligible for food safety;
Develop and standardize quality standards for stores;
Check list of records and facilities on food safety for stores to achieve food safety;
Handle store problems, submit Supplier complaints and follow up the official letter of explanation.

Develop and standardize quality standards to control the quality of goods imported into cold storage
Make QC inspection plan and supervise all QC work in compliance with plan and GS 25 Vietnam standard monthly
Plan and perform training for QC new staff
Coordinate with related department to ensure supplier supply all Food Service products, which must be following food safety, GS 25 Vietnam standard, Vietnam law requirement
Control effectively of QC tools
Make and follow corrective action of QC report by weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly
Others requirement by direct manager

Graduated from a relevant University or College.
Minimum 03 year working in quality assurance / quality control in the F&B/ Retail.
Analytical and problem solving skills.;
Communication skills, logical thinking;
Proficient in office computer and statistical tools. Other characteristics
Willingness to move according to job requirements;
Honest, enthusiastic, meticulous with work.
