• Collect, organize, and summarize departmental documents, records, and basic data.
• Support employee training activities, including training records and related materials.
• Assist with daily administrative and coordination tasks within the department.
• Provide oral interpretation  for meetings and daily communication when required.

• Able to use basic office software (such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for daily administrative work.
• Good learning ability and a positive working attitude; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Lanague: average English /or Chinese communication skill.
