The QA Store Specialist is responsible for ensuring of product quality and customer satisfaction within the store. This role involves overseeing quality control processes, conducting audits, and working closely in Warehouse and store management and staff to implement and maintain QA standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Control:
a) Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
b) Identify and document quality issues, and work with relevant departments to resolve them.
c) Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and improvements.
2. Audit and Compliance:
a) Perform routine audits of store processes, including product handling, storage, and display.
b) Ensure all products are properly labeled and within expiration dates.
c) Maintain detailed records of inspections and audits for reporting purposes.
3. Training and Development:
a) Train store staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
b) Develop and update training materials and manuals.
c) Conduct refresher training sessions as needed.
4. Customer Satisfaction:
a) Address and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
b) Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
c) Implement strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
5. Collaboration:
a) Work closely with Warehouse and the store management team to integrate QA processes into daily operations.
b) Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure product quality.
c) Participate in cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives and projects.
6. Reporting:
a) Prepare and submit regular quality assurance reports to management.
b) Provide insights and recommendations based on audit findings and quality trends.
c) Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a retail or store environment.
3. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
4. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
