Quality Control (Outsource)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH

1. Implement and maintain the Quality Control (QC) system at the factory in accordance with approved procedures and project requirements.
   Triển khai và duy trì hệ thống kiểm soát chất lượng (QC) tại nhà máy theo quy trình đã được phê duyệt và yêu cầu của dự án.
2. Coordinate inspections with subcontractors, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure compliance with technical specifications and contractual requirements.
   Phối hợp kiểm tra với nhà thầu phụ, nhà cung cấp và đại diện khách hàng nhằm đảm bảo tuân thủ các yêu cầu kỹ thuật và điều khoản hợp đồng.
3. Organize and coordinate Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities and verify results in accordance with applicable standards and welding requirements.
   Tổ chức và phối hợp thực hiện các hoạt động kiểm tra không phá hủy (NDT), xác nhận kết quả phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn áp dụng và yêu cầu hàn.
4. Monitor and verify fabrication, welding, assembly, and surface treatment processes to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
   Giám sát và xác nhận các công đoạn gia công, hàn, lắp ráp và xử lý bề mặt đáp ứng bản vẽ, tiêu chuẩn và yêu cầu kỹ thuật đã được phê duyệt.
5. Establish and monitor the implementation of Inspection & Test Plans (ITP); develop detailed inspection and testing programs as required by projects.
   Thiết lập và theo dõi việc thực hiện Kế hoạch Kiểm tra và Thử nghiệm (ITP); xây dựng chương trình kiểm tra và thử nghiệm chi tiết theo yêu cầu của từng dự án.
6. Control and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR); ensure corrective and preventive actions are properly implemented and closed out.
   Kiểm soát và quản lý các Báo cáo Không phù hợp (NCR); đảm bảo các hành động khắc phục và phòng ngừa được thực hiện đầy đủ và hoàn tất.
7. Prepare, distribute, and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection records, test reports, material certificates, and quality handover dossiers.
   Chuẩn bị, phân phối và lưu trữ hồ sơ QA/QC bao gồm biên bản kiểm tra, báo cáo thử nghiệm, chứng chỉ vật liệu và hồ sơ bàn giao chất lượng.
8. Prepare and submit complete, accurate, and timely QC reports to the QC Team Leader / QC Supervisor.
   Lập và gửi báo cáo QC đầy đủ, chính xác và đúng thời hạn cho Trưởng nhóm QC / Giám sát QC.
9. Ensure all inspection activities comply with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (OHSE) requirements.
   Đảm bảo mọi hoạt động kiểm tra tuân thủ các quy định về An toàn – Sức khỏe – Môi trường (OHSE).

• 50% is produced in-house, and 50% is outsourced to contractors.
  50% làm việc tại nhà máy, 50% outsouce tại nhà thầu
• 1 - 3 years of experience in Quality Control within steel structure fabrication.
  Từ 1-3  năm kinh nghiệm QC trong lĩnh vực gia công kết cấu thép.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
  Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Xây dựng, Cơ khí hoặc các ngành kỹ thuật liên quan.
• Good knowledge of steel structure fabrication standards and procedures.
  Am hiểu các tiêu chuẩn và quy trình gia công kết cấu thép.
• Familiar with welding standards, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and Non-Conformance Report (NCR) management.
  Có kiến thức về tiêu chuẩn hàn, phương pháp kiểm tra không phá hủy (NDT), ITP và quản lý NCR.
• Good understanding of quality management systems, document control, and compliance requirements.
  Có nhận thức tốt về hệ thống quản lý chất lượng, kiểm soát hồ sơ và tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  Thành thạo các ứng dụng Microsoft Office.
• Able to read and understand technical documents in English.
  Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật bằng tiếng Anh.
