Quality Controller

As an office-based Quality Controller within our Supply Chain Department, you will act as the key link between Purchasing, suppliers, and third-party inspection firms. Instead of factory-floor technical testing, you will focus on managing pre-shipment product compliance to secure smooth global commercial operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre-Shipment Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance policies and standards.
• Manage product and packaging compliance in accordance with company quality requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with internal regulations and international industry certifications.
• Propose and integrate digital and artificial intelligence (AI) into quality management workflows.

Inspection Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Manage, lead and monitor the performance of the quality control network.
• Coordinate the inspection company with the supplier.

Issue Resolution & Dispute Management (Litigations)

• Handle non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Follow-up on litigations.

• Experience: 2–5 years in Quality Management, Conformity, or Supply Chain QC (Trading/Buying office background is a strong plus)
• Languages: Fluent in English
• Hard Skills: Strong knowledge of ISO/Quality Systems and proficiency in MS Office
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving
