Quality Engineer

1. Control document, Maitainance, Update WI/ Procedures of Weldement site 
2. Control WPS/POR/ WPQR for new welder.
3. Tracking equipment calibration and update new equipment.
4. Training internal arrange WI/Procedure for Operator per 3 month/time. Event Specification form customer
5. Tracking NCR Or RMA and find root cause, corrective action for NCR top. (Include NCR from all vendor )
6. Review FAIR and Inspection report of Vendor before delivery components.

7. The Quality control inspectors make sure that products meet standards of quality and safety. Responsible for performing inspections, checks and tests for quality control for the manufacture of products.
• Performs mechanical and weldment inspection to ensure all quality aspects of the job are met exactly.
• Checks documents for accuracy and compliance to requirements
• Read and interpret information from engineering drawings, travelers, specifications, and other documents to generate a complete and precise inspection report/record.
• First Piece/First Article, Receiving/incoming inspection, in-process, final inspection.

8. Other tasks assigned by line manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline required (Manufacturing / Mechanical, Industrial System Engineer is preferred) 

• A minimum of 2 years of related experience is required, preferably in machine shops, assembly cleanrooms, the semiconductor industry, or a similar manufacturing environment.

• Similar work environment in a Manufacturing Industry is a must. 

• Having a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certificate is an advantage.

• Intermediate written and communication in English. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 

Shuttle Bus is provided (HCM and Bien Hoa route)

Working Time: 7H45 - 5H30 (Mondays to Fridays)
