R&D Packaging Specialist

• Develop new packaging materials according to the new product brief for local & export product.
• Co-ordinate with other departments for packaging related issues such as new product development to ensure that the quality and timeline of packaging is suitable for the new products.
• Issue packaging specification and BOM
• Conduct the packaging trial in the production line to ensure its quality, operation performance and compatibility with the production line.
• Conduct the transportation test to ensure the packing alignment/packing configuration and the strength of packaging material along the whole chain, if needed.
• Ensure shelf life test for packaging development is followed as procedure.
• Action as a member of Packaging Material and Supplier Assessment to ensure packaging materials quality consistency.
• Evaluate adequate and suitable materials to improve performance, quality, cost and environmental saving.
• Test and qualify new packaging suppliers as well as alternative materials from cost, storage, and handling, utilization and transportation. Feedback test results to requester or initiators.
• Support QA and Production in solving Packaging material problem.
• Coach MKT team and others on the packaging knowledge, technology and standard production practices.
• Others as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Graduate major in Food Technology or related fields.

- At least 2 years of experiences working in Packaging Technology or a similar position.

- Drawing: Autocad or equivalent.

- English ability: strong in reading and speaking.

-Experience in Flexible Packaging (Multilayer Laminate, Multilayer Pouch) is preferable

- Good Team-Player.
- Effective communication, self-study, problem-solving.
- Time management.
