Regulatory & Process Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive, high-energy Regulatory & Process Supervisor to act as the essential bridge between Ducati teams and different departmens such as KAM, quality, procurement, shipment, production, WHSE. This role is designed for a professional who excels on creating order, building structured environments, loves refining systems and ensuring cross-departmental alignment in a fast-paced setting.

• SOP & IOP Development: Lead the establishment of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs). You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure these processes align with actual business practices while maintaining maximum efficiency and clarity.
• System Stewardship: Own and maintain our process systems. You’ll ensure that internal documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and consistently followed across departments.
• Production Bridge: Serve as critical checkpoint between Key Account Managers (KAM) and the Factory. You will verify all project information, technical specs, and regulatory requirements for accuracy and completeness before any project hits the production line.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify bottlenecks in our current workflow and propose smoother ways of working.

• Experience: Previous experience in Food manufacturing, FMCG, or CPG industries is highly preferred. 
• Personality: You are energetic, assertive, confident and proactive.
• Attention to Detail: You have an eagle eye for spotting inconsistencies in data or documentation before they become costly production errors.
• Communication: A natural bridge-builder who can translate and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Proficient in English (report directly to Expat Manager)
