ROBOTICS TECHNICAL ENGINEER

• Provide pre-sales technical support and consulting for robotics and industrial automation solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements, perform robot programming, simulation, and Proof of Concept (POC) to recommend optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to support technical discussions, solution specifications, and customer visits.
• Deliver technical training, product demonstrations, and application workshops for customers and System Integrators (SI).
• Support exhibitions, seminars, and new technology workshops.
• Maintain demo robots, solution center equipment, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide application support to customers and partners.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in Robotics, Industrial Automation, or Machine Integration.
• Knowledge of robot programming, PLC, sensors, motion control, machine vision, conveyor tracking, and industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, OPC-UA, IO-Link).
• Experience with SCARA/6-Axis Robots, RobotStudio, Epson RC+, SolidWorks, or similar software is an advantage.
• Good English communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, willing to travel, and able to work independently.
