Safety & Building Risk Management

We are looking for a highly experienced Electrical & Fire Safety Management to lead safety management across our manufacturing operations in Vietnam. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance, risk prevention, and continuous safety improvement across 6 factories.

Main responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical, fire protection, and building safety across 6 factories in Vietnam.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential risks in electrical infrastructure and facilities.
• Establish, implement, and maintain fire prevention systems, manage building/facility safety risks.
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations, permits, and licensing requirements related to fire and safety.
• Drive risk assessment processes, corrective actions, and continuous safety improvements.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting, related documentation to upper manager.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Safety Engineering, Building Services, or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in:
  • Manufacturing safety management, or
  • Third-party consulting/certification bodies 
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, fire safety, and building risk management.
• Valid national/local certifications in electrical safety, fire protection, or occupational safety.
• Experience working with local authorities, fire departments, and external auditors.
• Fluent in English communication (both written and verbal).
• Experience with LABS or equivalent safety frameworks is a plus.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.    

Working time: Monday - Friday ( 08:30 - 17:30)

Working location:

• Victory Tower, 318 - 320 Nguyễn Oanh, Gò Vấp, Hồ Chí Minh
• Be able to travel approximately 50% to factories nationwide
