Sales Strategy & Planning/Chiến lược & Kế hoạch bán hàng:
· Develop and implement sales strategies belonged with the indoor- outdoor furniture market, aimed at achieving company sales targets and expanding market share
· Build monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
· Analyze furniture trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
· Set clear, measurable sales targets for the team, and regularly track performance to ensure goals are being met.
· Expand existing business network and clientele base and manage the overall sales performance of the company’s products.
· Execute of promotional campaigns, sales events, seasonal discounts and fairs/exhibitions to increase sales and maximize brand exposure.
Customer Relationship Management/Quản lý quan hệ khách hàng:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
· Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
· Develop existing customer relationships and build new customer lists
Sales Operations & Reporting/Hoạt động bán hàng & Báo cáo:
· Manage sales daily operations, including overseeing the order process, delivery schedules, and customer service.
· Monitor and improve online sales, e-commerce platform, ensuring excellent customer experience across all sales channels.
· Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
· Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Budgeting & Financial Management/Quản lý ngân sách và tài chính:
· Develop sales department budgets, ensuring cost-effective sales activities.
· Monitor sales-related expenses and ensure they are in line with budgeted figures.
· BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
· Proven work experience as a Sales Manager in the furniture industry.
· Minimum 05 years working experience in Furniture Industry.
· Good business acumen and inter-personal skills.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal, customer service, presentation skills.
· Priority is given to candidates with strong e-commerce, B2B business, and online stores.
· Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
