· Maintain assigned accounts and provide ongoing customer support.
· Develope and implement sales strategies around the provision of logistical services.
· Identify and contact prospective customers to promote logistical services and negotiate contracts.
· Integrate suitable technology solutions to optimize logistical services and communication channels.
· Evaluate business processes, assess risks, and recommend improvements to achieve sales targets.
· Address customer concerns and find innovative solutions for complex logistical challenges.
· Assess customer needs and determine suitable modes of transportation that align with cost and timeframe expectations.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize logistical services, arrange shipment and transportation details.
· Develop and maintain an effective carrier network and excellent customer relationships.
· Oversee the sales team, and the document process.
· Support, Monitor and report the impacts of MRK activities.
· Chinese is obligation; reading, writing and communication.
· English is preferable.
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or similar preferred.
· Previous experience in sales, shipping, logistics, or warehousing will be advantageous.
· Good experience in Customer Service is considerable.
· At least two years' experience as a logistics account executive, or similar.
· Good experience would consider a senior level
· Proficiency in Shipping & logistics management.
· Great interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Superb organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent leadership and collaboration capabilities.
