· Sales and marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base. Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to exploit them.

· Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to BOD based on market analysis and client feedback.

· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Address client concerns and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.

· Marketing system management and control: coordinate, establish, and control the marketing (events, media publicity, visual system, etc.) management system of the company.

· Activity control: responsible for the control, planning, and execution of marketing activities, assisting investment promotion through various activities, and continuously improving customer satisfaction.Oversee the management of the main sales email and ensure timely and accurate responses to client requests, including quotes and invoices. Ensure that the sales process is streamlined and efficient.

· Collaboration and Communication: Serve as a central point of contact between the Sales Team in Vietnam and the Head of Sales and Marketing in Korea, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration. Ensure that relevant information is communicated effectively and promptly.

· Confidentiality and Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

· 8-10 years of experience as a Sale marketing.

· Sound knowledge of sales strategies and furniture industry regulations.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.

· Effective communication skills.

· Exceptional customer service skill

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for sales and marketing activities.

· Female/ Male

· Age : 28 - 40

· Language : English or Korean

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

· Working time: Monday - Friday, and 2 Saturday

· Shuttle bus: from HCM to Nhon Trach
