Mô tả Công việc

WeCare is a distributor of industrial and MRO supplies (fasteners, hardware, tools, consumables) serving B2B customers. We are expanding our factory customer channel in the southern region and need to build an experienced factory sales team with strong industry networks.

Reports directly to the Manager. The core of the role is B2B sales and factory customer development, with support for managing part of the team/territory. A procurement background and supplier network are an advantage for opening accounts faster and providing deeper consultation.

  • Find, approach, develop, and own manufacturing plant customers in southern industrial parks.
  • Close orders, service and expand the customer's purchasing basket; develop key accounts over time.
  • Support the Manager by supervising, guiding, and coaching part of the sales team (by assigned customers or territory).
  • Leverage a procurement background, supplier network, and industry relationships to open new accounts and shorten the sales cycle.
  •  Advise on products, match specifications, and propose substitutes based on knowledge of supplies and factory purchasing practices.
  • Coordinate sample preparation and SKU sourcing based on customer needs.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, close orders; track receivables and report on business performance periodically to the Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  •  Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales / industrial sales; experience working directly with or related to a factory's procurement department is preferred.
  • Focus on sales capability and customer development; a procurement background is an advantage for opening and deepening customer relationships.
  • Experience guiding or coaching new sales staff is preferred (either already in, or ready to take on, a support-management role).
  • STRONG preference for candidates with a network in the Binh Duong or Dong Nai industrial parks, OR experience in the furniture/wood industry.
  • Knowledge of fasteners, hardware, MRO supplies, or inputs for wood and metal factories, including specifications and substitutes.
  • Negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills with customers and suppliers; proactive and comfortable working in the field.
  • Procurement experience or experience working directly with factory procurement teams in Southern Vietnam is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in the furniture, OEM, mechanical engineering, industrial supplies, or related industries is preferred.
