We are seeking Vietnamese talent for the position of Sales Director with experience in MT and GT channels. The details of the role include:
Directing and managing the Sales Department; overseeing sales activities and revenue to ensure the achievement of departmental KPIs.
Developing and implementing sales plans aligned with approved budgets.
Conducting market research to analyze trends and competitors, and proposing sales and new customer development strategies across various segments.
Recommending pricing policies (prices, commissions, discounts) for customers in different markets and periods.
Cultivating and nurturing strong and lasting relationships with customers.
Establishing and refining comprehensive sales processes and procedures.
Providing regular reports on sales results, revenue, costs, and forecasts to the Board of Management.
Supervising and guiding sales staff to meet growth and sales targets.
Recruiting departmental employees, setting targets, providing training, and motivating staff to enhance performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the Sales Director/Manager position or an equivalent role. Extensive knowledge of sales within retail chains and supermarkets.
Previous managerial experience within retail chains is preferred. Honest, hardworking, and self-disciplined.
