We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the Sales Director position working at The Oxygen Buildings 628C Vo Nguyen Giap Street, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City with the following requirements:
1. Strategic Planning and Sales Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and business development plans to meet revenue goals.
Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with the company’s objectives.
2. New Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, products, and clients.
Lead negotiations and closing of high-value deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and potential partners.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand and acquire new business.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to maintain strong relationships and address concerns.
4. Leadership and Team Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and business development team to achieve company targets.
Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team through coaching, goal setting, and performance reviews.
Promote collaboration across teams and departments to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
Develop pricing strategies and proposals that align with market conditions and company profitability targets.
Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting business opportunities and market insights.
6. Financial Management:
Prepare and manage the department’s budget, ensuring cost efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
Collaborate with finance to forecast sales, monitor profitability, and ensure financial targets are met.
Review sales forecasts and sales operations to optimize business growth.
7. Partnerships and Strategic Alliances:
Develop strategic partnerships and alliances that align with the company’s vision and growth strategy.
Explore potential joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions to expand the company’s market presence.
Drive contract negotiations with key partners and clients.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
Experience:
8-10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in securing and managing large-scale business deals and partnerships.
Experience in market expansion, especially in international markets (if applicable).
