Plan and carry out cross-functional activities and campaigns including training, workshops, events, and recognition programs to carry out company strategies and elevate sales
Work closely with centers staff and manager to discover area of improvements then follow up with coaching/mentoring sessions to improve centers performance
Cultivate a fun and exciting environment to motivate and engage staff through teambuilding activities and events
MC & host of various internal & external events
Conduct comprehensive new hire induction programs, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration into the organization.
Conduct offline & online ongoing training courses for sales & care staff to increase performance as well staff engagement
Provide strategic inputs to develop best practices in training and development based on past training and learning activities effectiveness

At least 3 years’ experience in similar position
Understanding of local and foreign educational systems
Experience in planning and execution
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
Familiar with MS Office, Microsoft Project, etc
Understanding of the sales process, sales skills and successful sales techniques
Strong sales and customer service focus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good presentation and persuasive skills
Training, coaching and delegating skills
Excellent interpersonal and team player, well interact with people of all levels.
Superior customer service delivery skills, organized self-starter.
