Searches for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions;
Develops and grows long-term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, ICCC… through different ways including customer visits, cold calls, products/solutions presentation…
Manages and interprets customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs;
Prepares information for and participate in Project bidding;
Monitors master schedules and deliveries (to follow up with client);
Monitors change orders and variations/ make contract addendums and price variation accordingly;
Collects competitors and customer feedback information; analyze and do appropriate action plan.
Prepares PIF based on customer’s requirements and send to Sales Support for further process
Prepares, negotiates tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs;
Negotiates and closes sales by agreeing terms and conditions;
Updates the ICCC list and LQR (Lost Quote Report) for all quotations lost and outstanding PCVs bi-monthly and make sure that the info is accurate, complete and up-to-date.

University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture with strong selling abilities.
Thorough knowledge of techniques with min 2 years in Pre-Engineering Steel, Construction or relevant industries.
Good product knowledge.
Good problem solving, decision-making skill.
Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
