We are a leading distributor of inspection, testing, and measurement equipment, as well as materials and engineering solutions. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Northern Vietnam, focusing primarily on the non-metal sectors, including Mining, Environment, Cement, Oil & Gas, and Maintenance industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and marketing activities for assigned products within the designated territory.
• Conduct pre- and post-sales activities, including product presentations and demonstrations.
• Collaborate closely with the internal product management and technical teams to identify and address customer requirements.
• Provide technical consultation to customers, assessing their needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.
• Manage the entire sales cycle professionally, demonstrating sound judgment and strong business acumen.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements
• Ambitious, analytical, and strong in problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Chemistry, or other related disciplines (or equivalent experience).
• At least 1 year of sales experience. Fresh graduates with passion and drive are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Chinese or other languages is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
