Take full responsibility for the company’s products in the plastics, rubber, and chemical sectors, as well as other relevant industrial materials.
Maintain strong relationships and provide timely support to existing customers.
New Customer Development:
- Introduce company products.
- Visit customer offices and factories.
- Prepare and send the samples for testing.
- Follow up the testing process and results.
Sales planning and execute business development strategies and tactics under the guidance of management, make sure compliance with company procedures.
Monitor customer orders, take full responsibility for debt collection from customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to sales and service.
Prepare and submit regular reports and ad-hoc reports as requirements from supervisors.
Support cross-functional teams when needed by line managers or upper management

Requirements:
- Good command of English (or Chinese) – able to communicate effectively at work, meetings, and reports)
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
-At least 2 years of experience in the rubber or plastic industry. Candidates with experience in B2B sales, technical services, or those who have worked in the chemical industry.
- Industry knowledge: Understanding of raw materials and additives used in the rubber or plastics industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Capable of working under pressure.
- High sense of discipline and responsibility.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
