Identify and prospect potential clients in need of our services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential business opportunities.
Present and demonstrate our solutions to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of services for new clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to management.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand the client base.

Education: Completed post-secondary (college or university) program in a general Manufacturing field (Electronics, plastics, electrical, or mechanical) in electrical, mechanical, industrial or composite material discipline or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the outsourcing, automotive, power tool or related industry
Language requirements:
Proficient in Vietnamese
Able to communicate in basic English (read/write/verbal)
Basic Chinese would be an asset but not required
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Solid experience in the mainframe manufacture as a part supplier
Attend to customer inquiries and work with cross function team on conceptual design
Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
Strong understanding of outsourcing services and solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
