Salary:

• Probation: 13,000,000 VND + commission
• Official: 16,000,000 VND + commission

Job Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients: analyze needs, provide solutions, negotiate contracts, and follow up on execution.
• Identify and acquire new customers based on the company’s business strategy and market demand.
• Implement sales projects and ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Prepare and execute sales plans in line with company guidelines.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• College degree or higher.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales.
• Strong skills in sales, marketing, and basic project coordination.
• Good communication skills, ability to work independently, and handle pressure.
• Basic financial knowledge and professional working style.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese or English.
