· Focusing on Sales Performance to achieve team targets, contribute the team performance in term of gross profit and revenue.
· Expanding ITL market share by winning new customers, remaining key customers to achieve Sales target
· Increase import volume contribution by approaching customers who have import demands
· Construction communication with colleague and products team to get smartest and most effective commercial target
· Keep good image of the Company in the market by professional style of working
· Not abetting the negative behaviors that adversely affect the reputation and finance of the company. Legal aspect as compliance.
· Conduct business with the highest level of integrity and compliance.
· Attend to all queries from customers and respond on time.
· Min 1- 3 years of experience in related field is preferable
· Working in the logistics/freight forwarding industry is an advantage
· Understanding of sales performance metrics.
· University degree, major in the relevant fields.
· Good skills in Interpersonal communication and Customer Service
· Ability to work under pressure and have good teamwork and regular job rotation spirit
· Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic and hard-working
· Good knowledge of logistics and industrial
