- Manages a team with 7 - 8 field sales and 1 sales support executive.
- Business development: contribute to the Sales team strategy and performance, in line with the Company strategy and objective.
- Meets individual assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
- Account Management: Ensure the development and maintenance of customer relationships and high customer satisfaction.
- New Business: Ensure the identification and targeting of prospective customers, which is in line with department and company strategy, to close new profitable businesses and increase sales revenue.
- Management information: Gather, and consolidate report management information within the department related to performance as well as opportunity pipeline. Collaborate with and coordinate across diverse teams.
- Minimum 05 years working in Logistics/Freight Forwarding & at least 2 years in a Sales Team Leader, Supervisor, Manager position.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Good English.
