Mô tả Công việc

  • Set business objectives aligned with the overall company and departmental goals to ensure success in achieving company targets and direction.
  • Oversee market intelligence and transparency within the department, handling market segmentation and analysis. Identify new customer targets and implement strategies to reach them.
  • Oversee and track the execution of commercial plans to ensure the sales volumes and profitability outlined in the plans for each business initiative are met.
  • Suggest changes to product and industry business strategies based on the sales performance to ensure the targets can be achieved.
  • Manage customer data and information, and propose strategies for enhancing sales and customer service activities.
  • Identify potential risks and address issues related to operational processes.
  • Monitor sales objectives and report progress as needed.
  • Take responsibility for order intake, revenue, and profits in Vietnam.
  • Lead, train, and develop the sales team. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training, while supporting, monitoring, and evaluating employee performance.

  • Male/Female, 30-45 years old
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • At least 05 years of working at the same position in F&B industry
  • Experienced in multi-channel: Horeca, B2B, Dealer, Shop
  • Good at English
