Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve assigned sales targets for Process Automation products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Korean electronics manufacturers in Vietnam to expand market presence and foster long-term business partnerships.
Maximize sales opportunities and customer retention through regular written and verbal communication, understanding customer needs, and providing timely solutions.
Provide technical consultations to customers, including product demonstrations, customized solutions, and technical support during the sales process.
Prepare proposals and quotations, and lead commercial negotiations related to product pricing, delivery terms, and after-sales support.
Coordinate closely with internal departments (factory, service team, parts sales team, agents) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and contribute to product development initiatives.
Support marketing efforts by participating in and organizing seminars, trade shows, and other promotional events.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the supervisor or management team.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electronics or automation industry.
Strong understanding of PCB assembly systems, factory automation, or related technical products is an advantage.
Native Korean speaker with strong communication skills in English.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required.
