Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly MRR targets.
Growing the company’s customer base, new accounts & geographical expansion.
Work with executive team to focus on enterprise level accounts.
Build and execute customers acquisition strategy to generate QoQ growth in revenue and bookings.
Carry a strategic account quota to manage & execute key account wins.
Key focus on lead generation, commercial negotiations, account management & coordinate with Customer success & Delivery teams to own account success.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture within the team.
Utilize data analytics to assess sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvement.
Develop and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales operations teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Monitor performance against forecasts and implement adjustments as needed.
Position requires 50%+ time for travel.

Previous experience as a Sales Manager and Sales Executive in the Asian market.
Previous experience of owning a sales target & achieving/exceeding annual target.
Experience prospecting & generating your own pipeline.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Proven ability to position products against competitors.
