Job description:
1. Looking for potential customers/partners and promising projects
2. Presenting products and giving solutions to investors/contractors/architectures as per their requirement.
3. Making sales plan, co-branding plan
4. Reporting to the Business Director and contributing to build/execute the strategic plan.

We are recruiting 2 SALE MANAGERS (must have experience in CONSTRUCTION or STONE SALES)
Selection criteria:
1. Back ground:
- Account Manager - Stone company (finishing materials): graduated from commercial university and experienced in sales (techno-commercial mindset, worked as an account manager or senior sales executive for stone company. In detail, our company is an exclusive distributor for two stone veneer brands, from a Thailand-based company. As a finishing material for architecture, both brands are high-end, with excellent quality that have been proven by several certifications, tests and actual applications.
- Account Manager - Chemical construction company: graduated from commercial university and experienced in sales (techno-commercial mindset, worked as an account manager or senior sales executive for chemical construction company. In detail, our company is an agence of a Germany-based supplier, which ranks the third biggest company in Europe in the field of construction chemicals. Products: acoustic ceilings, water proofing, metal roof coating and floor coating systems (epoxy, ESD floor, and PU).
2. Required skills and abilities (both positions)
a. Entrepreneur mindset.
b. Being good at communication, having the ability to work under pressure and to make a sales plan as well.
c. Having relationship, connection or being skillful in establishing the relationship in Civil & Industrial Construction
d. Self-activated-ness
e. At least intermedium level of oral and written skills in English
f. Negotiation skills including the ability to interact effectively with people of a different cultures
g. Responsibility, discipline
h. Being able to research, analyze and report accurately and concisely
i. Being able to build personal brand image and good at trade marketing (co-branding).
j. Maintaining good working relationships with other personnel, customers and the general public.
k. Being able to listen & learn from what sounds different from what he/she may know.
l. Being able to close sales.
3. Experience: at least 3-4 years in sales or pre-sales.
