- Management of all of Operation and Training for GT Department in nationwide (North, Hanoi, Central, South East, HCMC, and Mekong) under the instruction frorm BOD (Senior Sales Manager).
- Understand company’s budget plan for GT market, and fully utilize data from ERP system and DMS system and all of information resources, check the data, MCP, sales activities, including daily sales by retailer customer, by SR, by Area, by Brand, always update and understand sales status.
- Under instruction from BOD and based on the budget plan and/or monthly, quarterly, yearly target of company, based on the data, understand current problem and consider the solution, and do improvement for the sales activities on GT Sales team.
- Respond requirement from BOD and/or Suppliers, check the data and report on time.
- Under instruction from BOD, Suppliers, and/or proposal by yourself, make plan for the training for GT Sales team and deploy training with yearly plan.
- Make yearly plan to deploy commando (Shijoken) nationwide with BOD, to confirm and understand actual sales situation in each area and understand problem, difficulity, challenging for our sales team in order to make the solution.
- Work closely with Marketing, Accounting, Logistics, and other department to Maximize our sales volume and value, and minimize loss of company with sincere and collaboration mindset.
- Make MCP(Master Coverage Plan) for each SR, SS, ASM of operation team in order to maximize our numeric distribution.
- Other Task instructed by line Manager
Trình độ học vấn, chuyên môn/ Education background:
- Đại học Chuyên ngành QTKD/ MKT/ Kinh Tế/ University with the Business Administration/ Marketing/ Economic major
Kinh nghiệm/ Working Experience:
- Ít nhất 07 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý sales, quản lý hoạt động sales MT / GT / At least 07 years of experiences in the sales operation management position/ Sales operation management for MT/GT Channel
Năng lực/ Competency:
- Kỹ năng phân tích số liệu bán hàng / sales data analyzing skill
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp B hoặc trở lên/ English Communication B or over
- Kỹ năng hoạch định/ Planning skills
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề/ Problem solving skills
- Kỹ năng đào tạo / training skills
