- Manage and coordinate the activities of the operation section and cooperate with related departments to ensure that business activities are well operated and comply with the Company's regulations.
- Coordinate with Planning and Sales to build a suitable production schedule to ensure delivery as much as possible and as soon as possible according to the situation of orders, markets, customers, logistics.
- Based on relevant reports and data, propose and implement operational improvements of Department to achieve sales targets, overdue, inventory management.
- Design and maintain real-time dashboards and reports for sales leadership and executive teams.
- Manage the pipeline inspection process and provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
- Identify trends, bottleneck areas, and growth opportunities through deep-dive data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience as Manager/Deputy manager in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analyst roles (ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment).
- Strong understanding of sales forecasting methodologies and pipeline management.
