· Develop and implement business/sales strategic plans in line with the company's strategy.
· Identify and develop business sales activities assigned and market information.
· Take the initiative to find new customers and collaborate with management teams to provide services to potential customers.
· Follow up with potential customers after meetings and near-agreements (including but not limited to communicating with customers, attending meetings, providing presentations/recommendations, evaluation reports, etc.).
· Top up sales and develop new business into existing customers.
· Keep in touch and report to management regularly on sales activities, customer feedback to ensure that marketing and sales efforts are delivering results.
· Establish and maintain good relationships with customers.
· Details will be discussed in the interview.
· Age: 24 to 42 years old
· Bachelor's degree in a related field or experience in Sales/Telesales/Consultancy
· Fluent English
· Experience in the welding industry and knowledge of welding materials and machines is preferred.
· Excellent communication and information sharing skills, sensitive to handling situations
· Passion for business, ability to withstand high pressure, ability to learn and teamwork well
· Work at the Ho Chi Minh City
o Work in a multicultural corporate environment of a Korean company in Vietnam with products that have established brands and world-leading quality in the field of welding materials and technology.
