1. Objectives:
Support Sales Manager to set goals for the sales team and produce monthly forecasting reports to see how well they're doing in achieving the targets and budgets.
2. Job relations:
- Direct report: Sales Manager (Japanese), Sales Deputy GD (Vietnamese)
- Direct management: Sales Manager (Japanese)
- External: customers, suppliers, partners
- Internal: all employees and depts.
3. Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Manager to achieve the business growth and sales targets.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Properly understand the competitive landscape, the market trend and customers’ demand to have timely business initiatives
- Identify and solve client issues strategically
- Communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams for both sales and operational matters to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
- Timely reporting and analytics.
- Age: < 45
- Min university degree in Electronics/IT or related fields.
- Proven successful experiences in the same position for at least 3 years, especially sales management in ELV solution industry (B2B, project sales).
- Good command of English or Japanese.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Good communication, problem-solving, analyzing, innovative, and leadership skills.
