Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sample Room Manager (Garment, $2000, ID15812)

Make, implement and manage strategic plan.
Manage and control employees work schedule.
Assess employee productivity to improve their performance by training programs, offer technical guidance and handling labor issues.
Develop sample by connecting with all Sale Team and related departments in factory.
In charge of quality samples, delivery schedule, inspection.
Enhance the productivity of equipment, tools and technique points.
Evaluate buyer to remove ineffective ones and develop sample room.
Other tasks assigned by manager.

Having 10 years of experience in garment manufacturing companies and 5 years of experience in the same position
Good at English
