Seller Centre Support (Sales Admin)

MJ Art Group Co., Ltd. is currently the owner of BIDU, an e-commerce platform specializing in fashion and beauty. With a mission to elevate the standards of fashion and beauty shopping in Vietnam, we have created a reliable and standardized platform that ensures quality and suitability for both buyers and sellers, meeting the diverse clothing needs of each individual.

With the aim of expanding our team, BIDU is looking for young talents with a passion for the fashion industry, a drive for creativity, and a commitment to advancing the BIDU brand and connecting it more closely with consumers.

• Assist sellers in listing their products
• Handle seller complaints
• Collaborate with relevant parties to resolve technical issues related to sellers
• Support sellers in increasing their app sales
• Meet the company's target for store growth.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, fashion business or related fields.
• A great communicator
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Detail-oriented
• Has a great eye for fashion
• Loves the fashion industry
• Skilled in sales and marketing
• Having connections with local fashion brands is a plus
