Senior Account Executive

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT 40%

• • Build & develop strong relationships with clients & act as main point of contact between client & agency.
•  Daily manage & control clients’ expectations
•  Assess new digital marketing and business development opportunities

PROJECT MANAGEMENT 40%

•  Manage digital marketing plans for all digital channels (customer acquisition and retention).
•  Effectively work with creative & planning teams to develop innovative ideas & strategic direction.
•   Monitor all resources to manage full digital project (creative & media) from planning to execution that reach KPI in time, within budget & high quality.

DIGITAL KNOWLEDGE IMPROVEMENT 20%

•  Continuously update new digital trends, technique or campaigns locally or globally
•   Provide insightful analysis and recommendations that will support for execution.

REQUIREMENTS

•   Must have a minimum 2-year experience in Digital field (agency experience is a plus)
•  Proactive, dynamic, and accountable team player to provide solutions to ongoing internal and external challenges
•  Careful, detail-oriented with a solution-driven mindset
•  Good project-time-budget management skill
•  Good communication: speaking and writing communication skills
• Experience of working as part of a team (good teamwork)
• A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook
• The confidence and professional to build client trust
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding negotiation and consultative skills
