Saint-Gobain Vietnam is targeting to significantly grow Weber and New business in next years in Project Market and aiming to take the leading position over key competitors. In order to deliver the above challenging target, Project Operation Plan for 2025 must be well planned with comprehensive & intense Marketing activities as a boost for Commercial achievement.
To drive the growth of Weber tile-fixing and New Business products in the project construction segment by executing impactful brand and product marketing strategies, fostering brand loyalty, and expanding market share. A Senior Brand Marketing Executive is critical in achieving significant business growth targets for next years by leading initiatives that align with both short-term and long-term objectives and will in charge to strengthen market positioning through marketing activities, cross-functional collaboration to develop and execute MKT activities for Weber Tile Fixing Division and New Business. In this role, he/she execute strategies and report on campaign results and support Marketing Manager full-time & execute successfully (on time, in full) all strategies/actions defined for Project Market for upcoming years.
This position will actively drive Branding activities, Product development and Portfolio management. This position also requires experience in cement products or construction working or other relevant industrial and good communicate skill to build relationships with relevant project stakeholders ie. Architect Association, Real Estate partners, Developers & Architects.
This position will be accountable for nationwide. This is also expected to work more independently and engage more closely with other functions (nationwide) to drive Project Marketing strategy successfully.
Main Responsibilities
1. Branding activities
o Develop creative materials, templates, and marketing collaterals.
o Monitor and analyze brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
o Manage activities in campaign and develop strategies for Brand WEBER Brand and New Business
o Develop and implement strategic brand marketing plans to strengthen Weber and new business’s presence in the project construction segment.
o Lead brand-building campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging across channels and alignment with brand guidelines.
o Manage the relationship with agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality creative assets for campaigns.
o Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics (awareness, preference, loyalty) and provide actionable insights.
o Evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns toward with commercial target
o Proactively build relationships with relevant project stakeholders ie. Architect Association, Real Estate partners, Developers & Architects for sponsorship and co-branding activities
2. Product Development & Portfolio Management
o Oversee product management and/or cost reduction projects to ensure achievement of results
o Monitor and analyze product/competitors/customer behavior/marketing trends, predict emerging market needs.
o Manage the product quality, design, and brand alignment.
o Position Weber tile-fixing products as solutions to project needs through targeted messaging and value propositions.
o Work with R&D, technical teams and sale team to define product features, benefits, and USPs for competitive differentiation, ensure product offerings meet market demands, and work with Product development team for New product development and product improvement.
o Collaborate with internal teams to support the introduction in Launch/Relaunch product portfolio/solutions.
o Collaborate with sales teams to create technical materials (TDS, POSM) that resonate with project stakeholders (architects, contractors, project owners).
o Take owner to oversee product portfolio & price page for Weber Tile Fixing and New business, align with Business Development strategic
3. Marketing Execution
o Plan and implement marketing activities such as product launches, workshops, seminar, tradeshow, to generate leads and conversions in the project channel.
o Manage content and communication in digital channels to enhance brand visibility.
o Organize trade shows, and training sessions to educate and engage key audiences.
o Optimize campaigns using analytics to measure ROI and ensure alignment with business objectives.
o Provide strategic input into MKT plan, product positioning and brand direction
4. Budget management
o Monitor A&P budgets to maximize profits and minimize costs.
o Propose sufficient budget for all activities and well planned for yearly/quarterly and monthly spending
5. Reporting & Analysis
o Track campaign effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.
o Prepare regular reports on market activities, customer insights, and product performance/benchmarking.
Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree is acceptable, but degrees in Marketing, Business or a related field are preferred.
Experience:
• 4-6 years of experience in brand management or marketing in the construction or building materials industry.
• Proven track record in managing product marketing and brand campaigns in a B2B environment, preferably within project construction.
• Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• Hands-on experience in marketing, advertising, market research, marketing analytics, consumer behavior among other related fields is preferred.
Communication & Presentation skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Written and verbal communication are essential to ensure collaboration and cooperation within various departments in the development of brand strategies.
• Collaborates across functions and nationwide, providing guidance and support team in business
Research and Data analytical skills: Strong in these skills: candidate to identify trends and challenges as well as make informed forecasts about market trends and other implications from the data review.
Computer Microsoft office skills:
• Outstanding level – able to deliver reports in PPT, Excel & Word
• Experience in SAP, ERP or equivalent system is preferred
Other Accountability: The ideal candidate should be results-oriented, discipline and innovative with an analytical mind and excellent research skills
Team player: Candidate will be required to work with various departments to ensure cohesion in the marketing efforts throughout the industry.
Language skills: English – fluent communication in speaking & writing
