Design standard weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for revenue streams such as: commissions, management fees, unused revenue, total transaction value, gross profit, customer pipeline, usage rate, co-branded card programs, etc.
Review and reconcile data across systems: CRM, invoicing, finance, and product usage.
Standardize KPI definitions company-wide: qualified leads, deal closing rate, transaction completion time, breakage rate, offer usage rate, etc.
Set up and automate visual reporting systems for the CEO and relevant departments.
Establish early warning systems for abnormal growth indicator trends.
2. Program Effectiveness Evaluation
Build ROI measurement frameworks for programs such as: point redemption, e-gift vouchers, co-branded card promotions, and retailer co-sponsored campaigns.
Analyze pre- and post-launch program effectiveness: including revenue uplift, offer usage rate, customer acquisition cost/lifetime value (CAC/LTV), and net new user growth.
Identify success or inefficiency drivers: by industry, channel, messaging, user behavior, and technical readiness.
Develop individual performance dashboards for the sales team, covering: number of meetings, proposals sent, CRM adherence, deal closing rate, revenue, and total transaction value.
Propose incentive policies based on actual profit contribution and debt collection capability.
Participate in standardizing sales process stages and evaluation criteria for each stage.
4. Industry Reports Publishing
Compile in-depth industry reports (Banking, Insurance, FMCG, etc.): including behavioral data, case studies, and benchmark metrics.
Standardize documentation structure: executive summary, key findings, and visual data appendix.
Collaborate to publish bilingual (Vietnamese – English) versions for sales teams, strategic partners, and B2B communications.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or related fields.
Professional major:
Proficient in advanced Excel or Google Sheets and basic to intermediate SQL (including join, window functions).
Experience with at least one data visualization tool: Looker Studio, Power BI, Metabase, or Google Data Studio.
Strong understanding of business metrics: GMV, margin, breakage, CAC, LTV, customer scoring, etc.
2nd language ability: Proficient in Vietnamese and English for writing and presenting technical reports.
Related experiences:
3–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Growth, or Strategy Consulting.
Preference for candidates with experience in: Fintech, Loyalty programs, Payments, FMCG.
Essential capabilities:
Strong system and logical thinking, deep analytical skills.
Proficient in writing whitepapers, extracting insights from data, and clearly presenting complex information.
Effective collaboration and professional communication across departments.
Proactive, detail-oriented while maintaining strategic oversight.
Additional notes:
