Extract, process, and analyze data from core business systems (sales, marketing, customer care, …) to answer business questions and drive decisions.
Build and optimize operation dashboards and analytical reports in Power BI and Superset to support decision-making across business units
Query and model data on Databricks (Spark SQL, Delta/Unity Catalog) to support deep-dive analysis beyond descriptive reporting.
Analyze customer segmentation, funnels, retention, and campaign effectiveness preferred within the healthcare domain (vaccines, pharmacy retail, clinical services).
Identify insights, trends, and anomalies in data, and proactively propose data-driven solutions to stakeholders.
Work directly with Business teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable analysis.
Collaborate with Data engineers to ensure stable infrastructure, and with Analysts/BUs to ensure data is accurate, well-documented, and easy to consume.

At least 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Analytics Engineering.
Strong SQL skills (CTEs, window functions) with hands-on experience in Databricks/Spark SQL.
Experience building professional dashboards in Power BI (advanced DAX) and/or Superset.
Solid analytical thinking: descriptive statistics, customer segmentation, cohort/funnel analysis.
Experience or familiarity with the healthcare/pharma domain (vaccines, clinical services, pharmacy retail) is a strong plus.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
