Senior Data Analytics Specialist (AI & BI)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Develop and maintain data models, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Integrate AI tools (e.g., Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, Dify) into analytics workflows to enhance predictive capabilities and automation.
• Build and deploy machine learning models for forecasting, classification, and clustering tasks.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security across analytics platforms.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis and AI adoption.
• Work with data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Stay current with emerging trends in BI, AI, and data science.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in BI and analytics roles, with at least 1 year using AI/ML tools.
• Proficiency in BI platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Google Cloud AI, OpenAI APIs).
• Strong programming skills in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms.
• Excellent Troubleshooting and problems solving skills, self-motivation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
