The Head of Sales (Health & Aesthetic) is responsible for leading the strategic expansion, commercial growth, and multi-channel performance of the Health & Aesthetic Portfolio across mid-to-high and premium market segments. Building upon the foundation of Key Account relationships, this executive role leads the total channel strategy—driving market penetration from Dermatology & Clinical channels into Aesthetic Centers, Beauty Complexes, and Integrated Private Healthcare Ecosystems.
Bridging high-level commercial acumen, medical-aesthetic expertise, and point-of-sale experience excellence, the Head of Sales designs sustainable growth roadmaps, governs full-channel P&Ls, and prevents channel conflict while elevating the in-clinic customer journey. Beyond commercial execution, this role serves as a strategic leader—fostering a high-performance culture, driving organizational change, and developing a resilient sales team to establish the brand as a trend setter in holistic health and aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full Channel Ownership & Expansion Strategy
- Full-Channel P&L Ownership ( HCM): Own overall sales targets, commercial budgets, and profit performance across all distribution channels, including Dermatology Clinics, Aesthetic Centers, Beauty Complexes, and Healthcare Systems.
- Multi-Channel Growth Roadmap: Lead market penetration strategies to scale coverage from traditional clinical channels into prestige Beauty Complexes and integrated Private Healthcare Ecosystems.
- Commercial Terms & Governance: Lead JBP (Joint Business Planning) and commercial term negotiations with key channel partners while establishing pricing policies to prevent channel conflict.
2. Portfolio & Product Lifecycle Management- Integrated aesthetic medicine
- Portfolio Architecture: Optimize product mix strategies tailored by channel type, leveraging medical indication-based routines and integrated treatment protocols.
- Listing & Multi-Channel Execution: Oversee end-to-end product listing, new account onboarding, and SKU lifecycle management to maximize portfolio productivity across mid-to-high segments.
- Integrated Solutions Collaboration: Partner with the Medical & Brand teams to develop bespoke treatment-plus-homecare packages for aesthetic clinics and premium health centers.
3. Market Understanding & Field Intelligence
- Buying Behavior & Field Insights: Synthesize field reality and buyer behavior at elite clinics/hospitals to adjust local sales tactics and improve conversion rate.
- Market Mapping: Analyze competitor strategies within prestige skincare, aesthetics, and private healthcare to identify unmet market needs and category whitespace.
4. Customer Relation & Service Experience Excellence
- Strategic Ecosystem & Network Building: Architect and institutionalize top-tier strategic alliances across the entire aesthetic medicine, private healthcare, and beauty ecosystem (KOLs, Hospital Board Members, Clinic Owners, and Corporate Partners).
- Institutionalizing POS & Caring Standards: Establish, govern, and continuously elevate brand-defining Point-of-Sale (POS) and in-clinic experience standards;
- Cross-functional Alignment & Enablement: Lead cross-functional alignment between Commercial, Medical, and Marketing teams to build end-to-end enablement programs (clinical training, service, and consultative selling) for channel partners.
5. Business Intelligence & Strategic Insights
- Executive Decision-Making & Performance Governance: Drive commercial governance by transforming multi-channel sales data into strategic intelligence; lead meeting with C-suite executives and key strategic partners.
- Commercial Risk Mitigation & Pipeline Governance: Establish robust pipeline management systems and predictive forecasting models to mitigate market risks, optimize channel profitability, and ensure long-term revenue resilience.

- Strategic Planning & Delegation: Formulate overarching sales strategies, evaluate growth pathways, and delegate responsibilities aligned with team capability levels.
