      Mô tả Công việc

      • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders;
      • Write business requirement documents (BRD, SRS, User Stories, etc.);
      • Design and optimize TMS operational processes;
      • Work with the Product Manager and Technical Team to ensure correct implementation;
      • Support UAT testing to ensure the system meets business needs;
      • Train and guide end-users on system usage;

      Yêu Cầu Công Việc

      • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in TMS, Logistics;
      • Experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS);
      • Proficiency in process design tools like Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart;
      • Understanding of APIs and databases is an advantage;
      • Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills;
      • Proficiency in English is an advantage;
